Speech recognition is done by the phone’s own service (usually Google), which may process audio on the provider’s servers; network recognition can be switched off in „Setări voce” if the Romanian offline pack is installed. ApiaryOS stores the transcripts, never the audio.

Data Local first

Your data stays on your phone.

No account to create.
The app has no internet permission.
No analytics, ads or crash reporting.
Android’s automatic backup is off.
Transcripts are stored; audio never is.

Backups are manual. „Salvează copie de siguranță” writes everything to a file you choose; „Restaurează din copie” brings it back. If the phone is lost without a copy, the data is lost too.
